The shell network delivery teams operate from three countries where staff members have different cultural backgrounds. Stressed levels increased within the teams due to big changes in the working, reorganizations and increasing depends on planning and delivery by third parties. On individual level we increases personal energy levels and stress resilience over a 6 month period.

On team level we enhanced team dynamics on commitment and engagement, defined a code of ethics, developing trust and making roles more clear.

Result: The employment engagement increased from an average 60% to an excellent 87%.

Big 4 Career Booster Program

One of the objectives was to help leaders acquire all necessary tools to either strengthen or build their skills on the three hats they should be wearing in their role: manager, coach, and leader. For new managers to realize in which role(s) they thrive, and which roles could be more developed. Also, to realize how much time they spend in each role. And by listening to the feedback of their teams (360°) learning to adapt their leadership style.

For different regional entities within the consulting org, we customized our leadership Pit Stop program - The Career Booster Program for Managers, Sr. Managers and Partners.

Result: After each pit stop, the participants received ‘homework’: sharing this with their teams. This entire leadership journey enabled the participants to build highest performing teams, even remotely.
